Blackbelt educators complete the intake form to join as a mentor or mentee.

✅ Shortlisting
The HPMAT team reviews submissions and selects participants.

📩 Pre-Screening
Selected mentors and mentees receive an email from Miss Fatimah with a pre-screening form for pairing.

🤝 Pairing
Mentors and mentees are matched based on shared goals and responses.

🎉 Kick-Off Event & Sensitization Session
All participants join a live virtual event to launch the program.

Mentors and Mentees receive:

Mentors and Mentees complete a brief survey after every mentoring session.

    The Mentee Prerequisites include a pre-assessment to help evaluate your current skills and readiness for the mentorship journey. This ensures that both you and your mentor can tailor the experience to maximize growth.
